Life with Leukemia, a Puppy, and Some Reading - October 16

It's Sunday Post time!  This is hosted by the awesome Caffeinated Book Reviewer and gives us all a chance to recap our week.

What I Got:

Vinyl Resting Place by Olivia Blacke (Publisher)

Grilled 4 Murder by J.C. Eaton (Publisher)

Frozen Detective by Amanda Flower (Publisher)

Currently:

Reading:  The Haunted Lady by Mary Roberts Rinehart and The Wife's Promise by Kate Hewitt

Listening:  Nightwork by Nora Roberts

Will has had a great few weeks.  His numbers have been steady and he's feeling pretty good.  St. Jude had a family night at a local pumpkin patch.  He ran around and had a good time and got candy and a pumpkin.  He was a bit sore the next few days but it's been good to see bits of normalcy starting to come back.

Dog classes are starting back up and Rover did amazing in his last scent works class.  Today we have our first Rally class (it's a type of obedience training) and I'm really looking forward to it.  I'm assisting in a few classes and am really looking forward to working with the dogs.

Have a great week and happy reading!

  1. Sounds like a good week. I've pre-ordered Vinyl Resting Place. No clue when I will get it read after it comes, however.

  14. I am delighted that Will is able to enjoy a bit of normality - I hope it continues. And it's lovely that Rover is maturing and able to put his doggy gifts to use with the Scent classes. I am glad you enjoy the classes so much - I just wish a lot more owners were so responsible in training their dogs:)). Have a lovely week, Katherine.
