Top Ten Tuesday - Holiday Themed Books on My TBR

Today I'm linking up with Top Ten Tuesday hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl which is all about lists.  Since lists are one of my favorite things this is one of my favorite linkups!  Today's topic is about Holiday Reads so here are some from my reading list.

1.  Ghosts of Greenglass House by Kate Milford - I read the first one last year and enjoyed it and really am looking forward to getting to this one.  I'm curious to see what the sequel is all about as the first seemed very stand alone-ish.

2.  Rest Ye Murdered Gentleman by Vicki Delany - I love this author and I read the most recent book in this series and thoroughly enjoyed it so I'm looking forward to going back to the beginning.

3.  As the Christmas Cookie Crumbles by Leslie Budewitz - I've really enjoyed the books I've read by Budewitz and I love this title.  Who doesn't enjoy a Christmas cookie?

4.  Snowfall at Willow Lake by Susan Wiggs - I've really enjoyed some of Wiggs' women's fiction so a Christmas-y book by her sounds fun.

5.  Winter Solstice by Rosamunde Pilcher - This is actually a reread but it's been so long since I've read it I don't think it counts as a reread so I'm looking forward to trying it.

6.  Christmas at Seashell Cottage by Donna Alward - I read a few books in this series and really enjoyed them but somehow I never got around to reading this novella.  But I love the cover and I've been wanting to add a little more romance into my reading.

7.  A Holiday Yarn by Sally Goldenbaum - Well the title is adorable and this series is high up on my list to try so why not start with a Christmas-y one.

8.   Christmas at the Cupcake Cafe by Jenny Colgan - I loved the first book and spending time with the characters during Christmas sounds fun.

9.  How the Finch Stole Christmas by Donna Andrews - The titles are just the best and this is one of my favorite cozy mystery series.

10. Thread the Halls by Lea Waite - This was one of my favorite cozy series but I kind of stopped reading it.  However, I'd really like to get back to it and once again - another adorable cozy title!

  2. Katherine, you might also try Lee Smith's THE CHRISTMAS LETTERS. Short little book and written in the epistolary style. It's been out for close to 20 years.

  4. Great choices, haven't read many of them but they all look enticing. I might have read the Jenny Colgan one though I seem to remember.

  6. I need more Jenny Colgan in my life! I just bought CHRISTMAS AT ROSIE HOPKINS' SWEETSHOP yesterday and can't wait to read it. I hope you get a chance to read your Colgan book and all these others.

    Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

  7. I haven't read a single one of these! I would really love to read 'Twas the Knife Before Christmas by Jacqueline Frost for the holiday!
