Today I'm linking up with Top Ten Tuesday hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl which is all about lists.  Since lists are one of my favorite things this is one of my favorite linkups!  Today's topic is Books I Hope Santa Leaves Under the Tree.  I've been on a book buying binge both at regular bookstores and used bookstores so there's not many books left for Santa to bring me.  Instead, I'm sharing what I've bought in the last few weeks - try not to judge me too harshly!

  1. First off, this looks like a good list to use as a reading goal for 2025! I enjoyed The secret Garden and that's a good one for the classics. I'd reread that one day.

I have been curious about a few Karen White books but haven't grabbed any yet, the library doesn't have any but I may interlibrary loan those when I am ready. I've read great reviews about Marie Benedict's books and just picked up The First ladies.

I hope Santa brings you a sack of books!

  3. Oh, Katherine, what a great bunch of books! I bet you had so much fun finding them and taking them home! I've read several and love the older ones you listed. The Gabriel Hounds, Touch Not The Cat (one of my favorite Stewart books), and a book by India Ink! I hadn't thought of her for many years. I looked back and I read several of her books in 2006. Enjoy, enjoy and I think replacing your Christie book is great. Books do wear out over time. Hope you get more for Christmas or just have time to go shop again.
